Privacy policy

doapp provides digital guest guides on behalf of hosts and hotels (the data controllers). We act as their data processor.

What guests share

• No account and no sign-up. You open the guide with a link or QR code.
• Your host may store your first name, email, language and stay dates to send you the link. These are deleted automatically 30 days after check-out.
• Anonymous usage counts (which sections and offers are opened). No cookies, no IP addresses, no device fingerprinting, no third-party trackers.
• Questions you send to the AI concierge are processed by Anthropic’s Claude via AWS in the EU, only to answer you, and are not used to train models.
• Extras you request (e.g. late check-out) and your optional note go to your host.
• Offer codes contain a reference to your stay, never your name. Partner businesses only see that a code was redeemed.

Your rights

To access or delete your data, contact your host or privacy@doapp.mobi. Data is stored in the EU.

Το doapp παρέχει ψηφιακούς οδηγούς επισκεπτών για λογαριασμό οικοδεσποτών και ξενοδοχείων (υπεύθυνοι επεξεργασίας). Εμείς ενεργούμε ως εκτελούντες την επεξεργασία.

• Χωρίς λογαριασμό και εγγραφή — ανοίγετε τον οδηγό με σύνδεσμο ή QR.
• Ο οικοδεσπότης μπορεί να αποθηκεύσει μικρό όνομα, email, γλώσσα και ημερομηνίες διαμονής. Διαγράφονται αυτόματα 30 ημέρες μετά την αναχώρηση.
• Ανώνυμες μετρήσεις χρήσης. Χωρίς cookies, διευθύνσεις IP ή trackers τρίτων.
• Οι ερωτήσεις προς τον AI concierge επεξεργάζονται από το Claude της Anthropic μέσω AWS στην ΕΕ, μόνο για να σας απαντήσει.
• Οι κωδικοί προσφορών δεν περιέχουν το όνομά σας.
